Validate Marketing Consultancy is run by Richard Perkins. This notice explains how I use personal information when you visit this website or contact me about my services. For questions or requests about your information, email richard.perkins.work@gmail.com.

Information I receive

If you email me, I receive your email address, name and anything you choose to include in your message. The website does not have a contact form or newsletter sign-up. The hosting service may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser details and request logs.

How I use it

I use enquiries to reply, discuss your requirements and decide whether we can work together. My lawful basis for this is my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before a contract. If we agree to work together, I may need to keep relevant correspondence to deliver that work and meet legal or accounting obligations.

I do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you contacted me through the website.

Sharing and storage

My email and website hosting providers handle information needed to provide their services. I may share relevant information with professional advisers where necessary, or where the law requires it. I do not sell your personal information.

I keep enquiries while a conversation or potential project is active, then review them and delete them when they are no longer needed. Where a working relationship begins, I may retain records for longer to meet contractual and legal requirements. Service providers may process information outside the UK; where this happens, I rely on the applicable transfer safeguards or adequacy arrangements.

Cookies and similar technology

This website does not use its own analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. It does not currently run visitor tracking scripts. The hosting service may use essential technical measures to deliver and secure the website. If the site's use of tracking changes, this notice will be updated and any required choices will be provided.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction or deletion, and you may have rights to object to or restrict its use. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances.
